Job summary:

As a 55ip Program Manager within the 55ip Platform Management & Strategy team you will plan and drive execution of unified go-to-market strategies for key initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and adoption. You will lead cross-functional coordination and governance to deliver complex initiatives from ideation through launch and stabilization, with particular emphasis on change management, communications, training, sales enablement, servicing / support readiness, and launch planning.

Reporting into PMO leadership, you will drive cross-functional coordination and operating model integration, manage dependencies and risks, and lead program-level roadmap execution with a high degree of transparency.  you will own the integrated go-to-market plan, including milestone tracking and launch readiness criteria, to deliver a coordinated, end-to-end market rollout.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch execution; own plans, risks, decisions, and outcomes through closure.
  • Lead and facilitate program forums with senior stakeholders to drive decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues/risks; ensure clear accountability and timely follow-through.
  • Establish and run launch governance (milestones, entry/exit criteria, readiness reviews, cutover planning, hypercare), aligning teams on what “ready” means and how readiness is proven.
  • Drive program-level roadmap execution across multiple teams; identify and actively manage cross-program/feature dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Manage timelines and provide ongoing visibility to program status (issues, risks, decisions, and metrics) through proactive, executive-ready reporting.
  • Maintain roadmaps for assigned areas; coordinate inputs across functions and ensure strong change-control hygiene and timely stakeholder communications.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO/program management practices and operating-model integration to accelerate delivery of strategic priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value through product/platform solutions; detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and risks, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and hold collaborators accountable for deliverables.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change management activities while continuously managing competing priorities to drive impact.
  • Ability to drive and collaborate in solutioning complex problems (e.g., framing problem statements, clarifying options, and aligning on decisions).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Prior product/platform experience in the context of investment management (asset / wealth management) product solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product- or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
  • Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and tools supporting execution (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and planning tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, MS Project).
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide range of audiences, including senior executive stakeholders.
