The ideal candidate will share expert editing techniques and guide our team in creating high-quality, engaging video content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
* Provide expert guidance on video editing workflows, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and color grading
* Demonstrate professional editing techniques and recommend tools and workflows to improve video quality
* Share insights on YouTube content creation, audience engagement, and video presentation
* Guide our creative team in improving editing skills and producing professional video outputs
* Review sample videos and provide constructive feedback and recommendations
* Recommend best practices for organizing project files, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering quality outputs
**Qualifications:**
* Strong expertise in professional video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
* Proven experience creating high-quality YouTube videos and engaging short-form content
* An established YouTube channel with a substantial number of followers or subscribers and an engaged audience
* Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing professional video editing, storytelling, and visual effects
* Ability to explain editing techniques clearly and provide practical guidance to a creative team
* Strong understanding of YouTube content trends, audience retention, and video engagement
* Ability to provide professional consultation and actionable recommendations for improving video production
