**Key Responsibilities:**
* Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
* Demonstrate expert editing techniques in storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, and color grading
* Share professional video editing workflows, tools, and techniques to improve content quality
* Provide insights on YouTube content creation, audience retention, and viewer engagement
* Guide our creative team in developing video editing skills and producing professional video content
* Review sample videos and provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations

**Qualifications:**
