If you enjoy hands-on work, creative problem-solving, and working in different environments, this is an opportunity to grow with an established and expanding team.What You'll DoAs a Sign Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing electrical signs and exterior lighting at customer locations and construction sites. Your work will include:Repairing, inspecting, troubleshooting, retrofitting, and cleaning electrical signsTroubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and retrofitting exterior lighting systemsTesting signs, lighting, wiring, power supplies, and related components to identify problemsUsing hand tools, power tools, lifts, ladders, and other equipment to perform service workCompleting service documentation accurately and on timeCommunicating with customers regarding the status of work and issues identified at the job sitePerforming daily inspections of your assigned company vehicle and reporting maintenance or safety concernsMaintaining and tracking tools, materials, and equipment on your service vehicleMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForRequired:High school diploma or equivalentExperience using hand toolsAbility to manage a schedule, prioritize service calls, and complete work in a timely mannerAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong customer service and communication skillsOSHA 10 certificationAbility and willingness to complete OSHA 30 certificationValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility and willingness to obtain a CDLAbility and willingness to work at heights of 30–75 feetAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
