Salary: $39,520 - 39,520 per year Requirements:

• We require customer service experience.
• We need strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• We expect proficiency with computers, including internet use, Microsoft Office, web browsers, and current Microsoft Windows versions.
• We require a professional appearance.
• We require a clean, valid New York State drivers license.
• We need availability to work nights, weekends, variable shifts, overtime, and on-call hours as needed.
• We expect regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

• We handle inbound support requests by phone, portal, email, and network monitoring tools.
• We manage call queues.
• We diagnose and resolve network issues remotely with both technical and non-technical onsite resources.
• We troubleshoot DHCP issues remotely.
• We coordinate with field service technicians and other internal or external partners to resolve technical problems.
• We identify and de-escalate difficult customer situations while setting clear expectations for resolution.
• We communicate with customers professionally in every situation.
• We perform on-site service visits when needed to address connection issues.
• We use tools and resources to troubleshoot and repair managed services and customer concerns.
• We document problems accurately, including detection details, diagnostic findings, and repair actions, using network monitoring and other software systems.
• We work to established procedures on straightforward tasks.
• We complete other assigned duties as needed.
