RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience Required: 10 to 15 Years
The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions across various domains, including customer, supplier, product, and location.
This position is essential for ensuring data integrity and quality across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Profile source data to assess quality and suitability for MDM initiatives.
Define data models, mappings, validation rules, match-and-merge logic, and survivorship logic.
Execute data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and remediation processes.
Monitor data-quality KPIs and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
Collaborate with business data owners, stewards, architects, and application teams to establish governance standards, metadata, reference data, workflows, and access controls.
Support integrations, testing, releases, and production incidents, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide audit evidence, documentation, and user training to enhance data management practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and governance.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
Proficient in Basic SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and API integrations.
Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in Agile methodology environments.
